General Confused about the model's version ranking. S, SX, ELX, Cult...

I have the Cult version from 1999. How do the mk1's rank? I think the S is the most basic model. What about the SX? The ELX is the fancy pants version, right? What about the Cult and Stile? Then you have the Sporting and GT. I can't really find a good ranking list. Which ones come out on top? It'd be great if someone could rank the versions in order.

I believe they were special editions outside Britain, so no idea what spec they are

Uk spec was S, SX, ELX
Then you had sporting and GT
And early on the EL (6 speed 55 between s and sx, weird spec)

You also got other non uk market models like HSD which I believe were safety specials with airbags etc standard

I checked and my Cult Punto was made in Italy but for the German market. The sign on the back just says "Punto", nothing after it, like the Punto.S. It says "Cult" on the side plastic strip. That's why I get confused as to where it fits in.

Having a Quick Look online it seems the cult model is the equivalent to the uk market “team”

Which was an S with 14” wheels, proper headrests, and brighter interior.

S? I don't know about that. It has power steering, 60hp and a 1.2 liter petrol engine with alloy wheels.

I'm not sure I understand. What do you mean "it shouldn't"? It does. Although it has the alloy wheels from the Stile model. Anyway, where does it rank among the other Punto mk1 versions?
