I frequent the Barchetta Forum in Germany and I've seen people here complaining about the price of the seals from Fiat.
Someone in Germany recommended a cheaper alternative from, believe it or not, Mercedes.
He recommended using an "old" seal from a 124 E-Class convertible and cutting it to size with a carpet knife and glueing with "Silkaflex".
I'm not sure if he meant "old" like the old model, or "old" like in used, but at least you could check the MB dealer to see what the price is.

Schneid die abgefranzten Teile mit nem Teppichmesser aus.
Nimm Dir eine alte Dichtung von nem 124er Mercedes (TYP) und
kleb das Zeug mit Silkaflex zusammen. Passt perfekt. Die neue
Dichtung kostet um die 140 Eur meine ich.
