i think you should also consider colour coding everything eg;door handles and mirrors

Spent yesterday and today colour codeing my door handles and wing mirrors

primed, 3 coats of paint, and 2 coats of lacquer

Only paint close was rover mid blue (could not get sprint blue) was a bit worried to begin with because it appeared lighter that the cars colour but as soon as the first coat of lacquer was put on i was a match, took it down a shade. Pleased with the end result.



Wondering how the centre caps come off my allows. are they stuck on or is it a clip in job? I know a guy with fiat ones with a black background but they are adhesive backed so im not sure if they have anything to stick to

got them from grayston engineering, my friend actually ordered them for me cause he got his there too, they are universal for 4 stud pcd's from 95mm to something like 118, got these ones cause its hard to find one this big for 98x4. i got two sets and only used one set. Still have the other set here with the mods done to make them fit the fiats with hub locators and fiats drums, there on gumtree belfast

Mate you took a big risk spraying them a different colour but tbh they are different shades.

pictures make them look a bit lighter than they are, the paint settled pretty quick, not far off a match, everyone ive asked says they thought it was stock

No shouldnt do. When people cut there bumpers, it is usually because they have crappy universal ones.

so got a few things ordered last week, 50mm lowered last week, car sits real nice tighter through corners and doesnt hit bumps bad either. Also got a matt black strip for the windscreen, not tacky or chav, just a skinny one, gets rid of glare and makes it look bit better. Have some other stuff to do in the next wee while so ill get pics up. Anyways got out the other day with my photographer mate, went out for a bit to get a few pics but light sucked, so only got the one spot done, so this is the only good photo worth mentioning so here ya go, thoughts wanted
