I’m trying to remove a bottom kitchen drawer, it’s on soft slides, to gain access to my Whale Water Heater. Can anyone help please? Photos, videos if poss. Cheers.

Removing a kitchen bottom drawer was discussed recently on the MH Facts forum. Link here. Unfortunately, the OP on that forum did not have the courtesy to reply, and inform the forum, as to which method worked.

When I find out which method worked, I’ll post.
Dealer advised either release arms under front section, or simply pull drawer fully open and lift the front off of the rails. However, I’ve discovered two pop rivets that look like they go through the drawer base into the rail. If I’m right, I can’t get the drawer out and no access to my whale pump. Left this firmly with the dealer.

If you are right, then not a very thoughtful design. On my PVC just fully open drawer and then lift front first. What did have me cursing was the sink fixings. A roughly "U" shaped clamp with screw intended to clamp against underside of worktop, except that it didn't. Infuriating! A visible screwhead on top would have been quite acceptable.

Frustrating doesn’t cover it. Personally I think there was a problem with the drawer in the past, bodged by someone who didn’t think the chosen fix through.
