General Can Anyone Identify This Fiat

Do you know if one can go to the Fiat factory in Italy and get help getting the details of this build? Would Pininfarina be a good place to go if they are still in business? Sorry to burden you with so many questions, it just seems that this car maybe worth a restore...especially since it is a two seater and in the States.

Pininfarina IS still in business... Hey, they do design Ferrari cars!
Since the coachwork has the 'f' logo it should have been built directly by Pininfarina works, not at FIAT, so they may be able to give you the information you need!
