Just been quoted £325 all in, to change cam belt plus kit, new water pump and ancillary belt.
On my 120 multijet, have had work done by the garage before, so no concerns there.
I paid 3 times more because several bolts had to be cut and drilled out. The vehicle usually stands in my yard just a few yards from the sea, so I wasn't surprised simple maintenance turned into a 3 days job.
Just been quoted the same without the pump but with a diesel filter instead. Thought about that but the temp is always spot on and thought best to leave well alone. Van 2008 x250 with 136000. Thoughts?
