So i thought i would make a how to youtube video of.. well how to convert the push on wiper spline into a bolt on wiper spline.

i hope this helps someone in the future
and of course i still offer this service to anyone with a panda if you need it.

you will need:
A bolt, a thin nut, a nylock nut, a welder, a vice or a grinder, a M10 drill bit and drill, grease (NOT copper grease), maybe pliers, a hammer and a punch, Cinquecento Drivers side wiper arm, and the tools needed to get the wiper linkage out of your panda.. usually a 10mm and a 24mm spanner/socket for the plastic nut around the spline.

the bolt size is M10x80mm the shank length must be 55mm! the thread length must be around 25mm or just under. its up to you what thread type you want but i just went with the metric standard thread.

you will need to get hold of is a drivers side wiper arm and blade from a Fiat Cinquecento. depending on year you may have to drill the wiper arms mounting hole out to an M10.

9 years on (from this post) and still working a charm!

ill add this to the Panda FAQ's sticky thread.
