Bluetooth after replacing HU

Do you lose the option to connect a mobile device via Bluetooth and for a hands free calls if you replace the original radio with the replacement of 2-din device that does not have Bluetooth.

Im thinking to replace the original radio with Kenwood DDX 3015.

Can anybody help? Did at least someone with blu&me changed original HU with another multimedia player
