General Barchetta fuel consumption

Haven't had mine long: best skateboard I've ever had (with the exception of the Honda S2000 I had for a week...) but....

Fuel burn seems very high. Somewhere between 25-30Mpg around town and 20-25 when pushed. Car goes fine but sounds very throaty..maybe thats the stainless steel backbox?

Any advice for a newbie, apart form shares in Shell?

Mine averages about 33 mpg and about 29 at worst when driving fast on the motorway or continuosly around town. Driving between 50 and 70 on a more leisurely run it can manage about 44mpg.

Mine's somewhere between 35 and 42, depending how it's driven. Does make a nice noise when pushed which leads to lower fuel consumption

Mine does mid 20's to mid/late 30's mpg depending on road type and driving style, mind you I was driving a 4.0l Jeep Cherokee before my 'B' and managed 18mpg so to me the B seems positively frugal!!!

Last refill gave me 7.7L / 100km, quite an impressive performance considering the cold weather this summer in UK!
