Hi .
Has anybody used AutoDoc for spares?
The prices seem good but just wondered if anybody has experience of using them?

Seems to be mixed reviews with just over half positive. They are good prices though

They have a habit of substitution with brand's
E.g you order a Bosch filter
They send you a stark filter in its place claiming the other is out of stock

Use them all the time, good prices and cheap shipping (I'm in Sweden though). They sold extremely few pandas in Sweden and even fewer 4x4s so getting spares here is next to impossible exept for the most basic things, so that leaves me with autodoc. On a few occations I have recieved parts that didn't fit, but that has been my fault for ordering things I thought would fit,so I have always recieved what I have ordered. I would recommend you try them and see what you think. Shipping gets expensive when you order bigger parts like exhaust pipes and such.

Thank you. I still like to support specialists like Ricambio as well, but there are some parts that I need that I will try Autodoc for. I will let you know how I get on!

i used autodoc for most of the iveco daily spares. they are good so i have found. only thing i will say is they are a little long in the shipping but the parts do come from europe. (well mine did)

I've used them quite a lot, always got what I ordered, no substitutions.
Shipped from Germany, so takes about 5-7 days.
Cheaper than most other places, and good brands available. Great for planned work, no good for emergencies.

I use for servicing on the Panda, I think my new springs and dampers came from them. Also got stuff for head repair on brother's Peugeot, all good and as ordered. Website shows stock and out of stock. I wonder if the substitutions are the result of ordering out of stock items.

I ordered 3 front pipe support brackets for the Pandas a week ago. £21, delivered in a huge box, in quick time. Price was the best available. I have used them before and the have done well.

I wonder if you've inadvertently ordered an out of stock item. This needs care with them, as they will list everything, and the instock/out of stock label is quite small. Generally their orders have taken a week each time.

I just checked again the springs I ordered were showing as been in stock today when I go into my order it’s showing ready to be collected by courier do t get me wrong I got a great price

Not my area of expertise but ePer shows them different at front and back for the 4x4

Thank you for that I’ll keep it just in case Iam after the front ones I changed the wheel bearings and of course the abs sensors came out in bits
