I rang the 'customer service' number (0800 717000) over 3 weeks ago to raise a complaint about poor quality cars and even poorer support from dealers.

Anyway, they said that someone from head office would ring me back to discuss my complaints. After ringing 'customer services' several times over the last 3 weeks (and them leaving reminders on the computer system), head office has STILL TO CONTACT ME.....

I find this absolutely pathetic.

Does anyone have a number I can contact this ellusive head office on? can anyone actually confirm its existence? Or its address? or email addresses for anyone who 'works' there?

I am absolutely disgusted with their total lack of professionalism and service. Who in their right mind could recommend fiat to anyone else after this kind of 'service' from their alleged head office.

I have even waited for the 'customer service' representative to call through to head office and give them a verbal reminder, but even they can't get through........ beggars belief.

As a comparison with other car manufacturers. I once had reason to contact Vauxhall customer service. They took my details and said they would ring me back with an answer. They called me back within ONE HOUR of the original conversation with an answer that was satisfactory to me. I am not saying that Vauxhall are a beacon to the light the path of customer service, but what conclusions can be drawn from this? The only one I can think of is that fiat genuinely don't give a damn about their customers. I don't know what can be done to restore even a scrap of faith in the company.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you thought of contacting Watchdog with your complaints it would make interesting viewing im sure there are a few members on the forum that would also enjoy a pop at them :chin: Im sure.

Spoke to Fiat customer services about my Aircon last year. Basis of my complaint was that the pipe that cracked had also gone on me dads identical Stilo. When I contacted Autocare, whose extended warranty I have and asked if the pipe & subsequent re-gas was covered and they asked if I was Mr so n so... vehicle reg blah blah blah. Autocare said sorry for the confusion but no it was not covered but was a fairly common fault.

My point to FIAT was Aircon in cars is not a new fangled developement and had been around 40+ years so its obviously a design fault so therefore take some responsibility for the repair... they gave me a reference number for my complaint and despite chasing up a couple of times got nowhere! :(
