1st MOT after re-map was done today at the same garage as last time. Smoke emissions up from .83 to 2.94 1/m max limit is 3.0, so it only just passed. From next April MOT tests are harder to pass and ECU will also be checked so says the guy who tested mine today ! So thats going to be interesting for all re-mapped cars !

Re MOT'ed recently, EGR value has been blanked off about 10 months ago in order to try and reduce smoke when accelerating, but emissions still high @ 2.2. Limit is still 3. Performance still good, economy excellent, never less than 45 mpg and 55 mpg on a motorway run (1.9JTD STILO ESTATE).
