Hello to everyone.

I have just bought a Fist Topolino from 1936, most of which is incomplete and in boxes, has anyone else done something similar?

If I had 1 request it would be the directionI need to follow for some sort of workshop manual

Sounds like a big job.
Without some photos it would be difficult to advise.
Would suggest you get a running chassis and body to start. Chassis and body can rust and need repair.
Would perhaps involve welding if you have the skills. Panels usually found on the continent, on ebay.
Spares can be very expensive, so best to establish what you have and need.
These days best place to get a workshop manual and parts catalogue is on ebay.
Pay for a set on a memory stick, or a lot more for original copies.
Don't know your skill level, but not really for a beginner due to scarcity of parts, few cars on the road or being restored to compare.
I would always advise someone to get as complete a car as possible.
If you get a copy of the parts catalogue, you will see that Fiat were always changing minor dimensions. So need to have chassis and engine numbers to hand.
Cheers.

Hi Perhaps you should google your local recycling center!! (joking!!).
E- bay Italy could be helpful! + any specialist dealers you can find might have old stock!.
Good luck on your journey!
I am beginning to wish I had taken your advice ! I am in need of a 1936 Topolino A Starter motor if anyone has one available, I have purchased vast amounts of parts from Casagrande in Italy but I though a member may have one spare, if you want a giggle it will be on Richard Hammonds workshop fairly soon so you will be able to see my despair as I find out fully what the little car needs, The Smallest Cog have been of considerable help in getting the car running, thy undertook the mechanics as they were beyond my skill set, so not fully restored by them but a massive few steps towards getting the car on the road, hopefully for Fiat and Friends in August, I hope it is worth it I am way too embarrassed to tell anyone my total spend so far but probably enough to build a time machine, go back to 1936 and buy a new one !

Let us know when the program is due to be shown.
Regards a starter motor, suggest Ebay or post a wants ad on any of the Topolino Face Book pages. In the UK or Italy.
Suggest too late for advice now, but parts are getting harder to find and expensive. Suggest FB pages, as active members there as well. Its not an easy 1st off restoration without considerable skills. Guess you know that now.
