Used to own a stilo 1.8 and a punto 1.2 before that, always found good help here, so i thought id post up here with my alfa wo's
Recently i bought an Alfa 159 2.4 JTDm. quickly had the DPF professionally removed, the EGR valve permanently closed (in software) and remapped.
I then had the inlet professionally cleaned using a pressurised BG chemical system
Both of these processes DRASTICALLY improved performance and economy.
Now my only problem is it still has a slightly rough idle, it doesn't seem to change depending on fuel used, its pretty much the same...
anyway, i took a gander with FES, now im a bit new to the diesel world, but to me the fact that the injector correction values are not all the same hints at an injector fault?

also i seem to get pre-heat faults, the car always starts, but periodically flicks up a warning light, and has these codes stored:
P0683
p0380
i recently checked the glow plug resistances and they are all about 0.8ohms
any help would greatly be appreciated....
