I noticed in reading other posts that there's a minimum post requirement for some features of the website, so I'd like to get that handled ASAP!

I've got a 2012 Fiat 500, the US model. It's a manual transmission, got about 120k miles on it (~200k km)

The car runs fine,
maybe the transmission is a bit rough (the reverse gear will grind unless you press the brake fully for a couple of seconds), maybe it's filthy, but aside from some issues with the airbag and TPMS wiring it belonged to my father who passed it to me.

i'd like to get this car in good shape; looking and running clean-as-new! That means

1. Diagnosing and fixing
   1. airbag failure
   2. TPMS failure
   3. transmission quirks
2. replacing or thoroughly cleaning
   1. dash cover
   2. steering wheel
   3. upholstery
   4. carpets
   5. gear-stick
   6. car guts (pressure washing the engine and such)

I'm most focused on the functional aspects before remodeling and aesthetics, and have done a few days' worth of research.
I look forward to being active in the community as i get this diamond out of the rough
