Hello,

On the bottom of the forum banner you can find a link to ePER. It's the FIAT spare parts catalogue. Search window is top left. You can browse by models and categories, on search with the VIN, which by default will display only the parts that fit your vehicle.

There's also a short instruction how to use it.

Good luck :)

Yes i browsed through eper many times and there is not a single mention of that piece

I am trying to work out what I am looking at in your pictures.

Picture 1 I presume is the hole into which the sensor fits
Picture 2 shows this part on top of the receiver/dryer.
I do not see any threads in this piece, or signs there had been threads.
The 3rd and 4th pictures show the pretty standard pressure stat with an internal thread, so my presumption is that there was a friction held piece on the pipe that had been blown out, and this is the missing part.

EPER does not list a separate part so your only option may be to source a new pipe.

Picture 1 is of the hole which the switch is supposed to fit into, which is also threaded
Picture 2 showing location of the pipe from picture 1 which is connected to the drier
Picture 3 showing what switch i have
Picture 4 showing the switch with the threaded inside

What's the "problem" here? Do you have something like "eBay" in Czech Republic? Where people sell new or used parts?
"Aukro.cz"? Find and buy this hose. Done.
Or make a custom part (threaded connector/reduction nipple) - any shop equipped with lathe should do this (if you give them the sensor and the hose).

Order of operations (looking for parts):
1. Google search (regular and Images).
2. EPER database.
3. Online shops/auctions (eBay etc.), new and used parts.
4. Forum, Facebook groups, YouTube and so on.
5. Local junk/scrap-yards.
6. Custom made if possible (simple parts: pipes, hoses, brackets, etc.).

7. Search not for hose, but the sensor. If someone removed (unscrewed) the sensor with the nipple, maybe someone is also selling used sensor with it.

Quick search (I don't care, I don't own Punto 2)...
1. Similar looking part. But there is a pressure port (H or L), not "sensor" (or transducer)...
01_something_like_that.jpg

2. More refined search, at least there is a "sensor" now.
02_more_refined_search.jpg

3. Port H/L again...
03_nope_(it_is_a_port_H_or_L).jpg

4. Now we talking ("Punto 2 HGT" key word search result)... Brand new item.
04_There_you_go.jpg

5. Or used if you like... Not exactly the same, but there is a nipple you're looking for. Maybe...

If I can find it, you can too...come on.

Speaking of sensors (transducers)... https://produto.mercadolivre.com.br...resso-ar-condicionado-fiat-stilo-51768498-_JM

This is how you use The Internet.

Now you can "reverse Google image" and look for similar parts in Europe (example above is a South America, Brasil I guess).
We can learn, that there are about 2 thread sizes at least. "Big" and "small" one (below).
Different_thread_-_smaller.jpg

Example European results...Lithuania. Expensive (shipping), but there is no other options for now in this area (Polska, Czechy, Słowacja, Ukraina)...

Now it's your turn. You obtain the part somehow. And make a technical drawing (sketch) of the threaded nipple. So in the future, anyone can take the picture (print) and take it to the machine shop and have it custom made on lathe, one-off part. This is how a car community should function...

Other options:
- ask in the local AC service if they can repair this for you (first automotive, then other air conditioning shops),
- get only one thread right and weld the nipple into existing hose (but you need aluminium welding shop for this).

Same sensor was installed in multiple brands, but every time there is different reduction nipple. Example, Renault.
Whole thing is different. But it is a source of sensor side thread, a donor part (to be welded or modified).

I had a look at my 16V A/C and noticed there is oil on the A/C hoses and at the bottom of the water radiator. I took the water radiator off and found some green on one of the fittings and then managed to shear the bolt holding the top A/C hose:-(

My pressure sensor in the car with the red paint. On our local second hand parts database I found this green sensor from an 8V car with a similar looking male fitting as the OP wants.

It's just a question of threads (then other features, how is it sealing, o-rings, tapers/cones etc.).
Find out what they are and then search again/deeper. Probably "reductions", nipples like that already exist (off-the-shelf part).
And it doesn't have to be "automotive" part. Just match the threads (and deal with other features later).

Sensor thread is M10x1,25 mm...

Pitch_1-25_mm.jpg

Rough measurements in the Grande Punto (different AC system, but sensor is the same probably).
Sensor_side_nipple_sketch.jpg

So it is a nipple connector with an o-ring groove and some "register" (10,35), step, to support the o-ring. That's all.
Any machine-shop with a lathe will/could make it.

Now, the second side of the equation (Czech guy's homework)... Come on, mate...

Check/Measure it. If you don't know how, give it to someone who do.
