What's the "problem" here? Do you have something like "eBay" in Czech Republic? Where people sell new or used parts?
"Aukro.cz"? Find and buy this hose. Done.
Or make a custom part (threaded connector/reduction nipple) - any shop equipped with lathe should do this (if you give them the sensor and the hose).
Order of operations (looking for parts):
1. Google search (regular and Images).
2.
EPER database.
3. Online shops/auctions (eBay etc.), new and used parts.
4. Forum, Facebook groups, YouTube and so on.
5. Local junk/scrap-yards.
6. Custom made if possible (simple parts: pipes, hoses, brackets, etc.).
7. Search not for hose, but the sensor. If someone removed (unscrewed) the sensor with the nipple, maybe someone is also selling used sensor with it.
Quick search (I don't care, I don't own Punto 2)...
1. Similar looking part. But there is a pressure port (H or L), not "sensor" (or transducer)...
2. More refined search, at least there is a "sensor" now.
3. Port H/L again...
4. Now we talking ("Punto 2 HGT" key word search result)... Brand new item.
5. Or used if you like... Not exactly the same, but there is a nipple you're looking for. Maybe...
If I can find it, you can too...come on.
Speaking of sensors (transducers)...

This is how you use The Internet.
Now you can "reverse Google image" and look for similar parts in Europe (example above is a South America, Brasil I guess).
We can learn, that there are about 2 thread sizes at least. "Big" and "small" one (below).
Example European results...Lithuania. Expensive (shipping), but there is no other options for now in this area (Polska, Czechy, Słowacja, Ukraina)...

Now it's your turn. You obtain the part somehow. And make a technical drawing (sketch) of the threaded nipple. So in the future, anyone can take the picture (print) and take it to the machine shop and have it custom made on lathe, one-off part. This is how a car community should function...
