Technical A/C not blowing cold air

Hello, it's been 2 years since my fiat bravo 1.4 t-jet 2007's air conditioner stopped blowing cold air in the summer and it blows hot air instead. Any ideas what could be the issue? I don't know much about cars
Here are the faults i get from a diagnostics run:

If it gradually stopped blowing cold the chances are it just needs the gas topping up, air con systems do lose a certain percentage of gas every year. If it stopped working all of a sudden then you may have another issue. Any decent air con specialist should be able to test the system for you

Already went for a fill-up but they told me that I've got enough already

I would start by checking the 2 relays from error code B1923 and B1924

Yeah, but what do i have to do exactly to solve them?

Not sure there. When you set the AC to cold, is the compressor clicking/engaging? Are the cooling fans running? Does it blow the same air temp on all vents, or some are cold and some are hot?
