Technical 500x connection to MultiEcuScan - need help

Hello
I'm trying to connect with the cable I bought and the Multiecuscan, in a Fiat 500x from 2017 and it gives an error and I can't connect. How can I know what the problem is? I'm sending a video of what happened in the link.

Your problem is that the 500X does not use/require the KKL interface. You need a compatible ELM/OBDLink Interface:
