Technical 2014 Fiat 500 Radiator Fan Drama

Hello experts! Looking for suggestions. Radiator fan only runs when 50 amp relay is partially plugged in, and runs nonstop (even when key is off). When relay is fully plugged in, fan does not come on at all. Tried replacing the relay but does not make a difference. Checked smaller relay-it is fine. So replaced radiator fan. Same issue. Any suggestions (Other than an exorcism)?? Thank you in advance!

Sounds like an expensive fix! Thinking about installing a switch to bypass relays. So frustrated! Thank you!!

Finding faulty wiring is often something you can do yourself at home.

If you're considering installing a switch that you manually turn on and off yourself - don't. You'll forget to use it and have some really expensive bills from overheating.

Besides if you're savvy enough to install that switch you're savvy enough to find the problem wiring.
