Technical 2013 Ducato 3.0 Injector passing

Hi all help needed I have a 2013 ducato 3.0 and the Injector passing ( chuffing) I’ve taken it out Clean the seat of the injector and it looks all good cleaned the seat in the head and it looks good bolted it back with the correct torque setting with a new top seal but still doing the same any suggestions

This suggests that refacing the seat with a cutting tool may be necessary
