Hello, I have a 1978 Fiat X 1/9 Bertone and I rebuilt the Carburetor and it ran for all of 20 miles and now I can;t get it started.
The Car had sit for about 10 years in the Garage and I siphoned the old gas out and refilled it with new Regular fuel and replaced the Fuel Pump ..New Spark plugs and all the Tune up stuff.

Anyone have any Ideas how to tell if the Car will stay started by Bypassing the Tank and letting the Fuel pump pump gas from a can or something to see if the Gas Tank could be all Varnished up or Clogged beyond letting Fuel pump out? I just want to see if I can get it to run and stay started?

I would check the simple things first, like have you got a spark at the spark plugs, does the engine turn over normally as in good compression and then with air cleaner off work the accelerator arm at carb and see if you can see fuel squirting down the throat/venturi of the carb from the accelerator jet ( a fine steady spray), if you have all three at least something should be happening.
Then if still suspicious about fuel take pipe off carb and put it into a container and have someone spin engine over for a few seconds, you should see clean fuel quickly start to fill the container.
If fuel at carb but suspicious it is not coming out the accelerator jet then take top off carb and check float isn't sticking and needle jet isn't blocked.:)
