Technical 105 JTD spare keys no longer available

Hello everyone,
I am now down to one key and the concessionaire says they are no longer available from Fiat. I can get a key cut with an electronic chip (but no remote for the locks), but the key cutter's computer won't program the chip. Is there any way to program the chip that you know of ( including dodgy programs !) ?
The concessionaire is VERY unhelpful and won't even consider it

Try a different key cutter company with better equipment, my local one seems to do most .
