Neither site search or google is helping here - my 100HP is starting to suffer the ravages of age and salt and the welds on the cat are going, with not enough metal to weld back to

Autodoc throws up a few options but the claimed other cars its from include a fairly random selection of Fiat and Lancia models - entirely possible it is the same though

Does anyone know the actual OEM part number?

Hello,

on the bottom of the forum banner there's a link to ePER. It's a FIAT spare parts catalogue. Search window is top left of the screen. You can browse by models and categories or search with the VIN number of your car. If so, ePER will only show the appropriate parts that will fit your car.

ePER historically didn't have any 100HP specific parts in it so I didn't bother checking. It seems that "V8 Abarth" is the variant type for it for bodywork etc and M17 is the engine type code; bit confusing when it isn't an Abarth!
FIAT 51838402

I believe
Thanks - the ePER dig gives that as well and its listed as a compatible part number on the autodoc etc listings too.

Abarth is the FIAT's factory tunning company. Probably they were asked to do the styling and engine tuning. It does not seem strange to me it's called like that in their official documentation.

Then, they are Italians, they don't bother ;)
