General 1.3 JTD 12,000 mile service

Does anyone know exactly what is involved in the 1.3 JTD (70Hp if that makes a difference) 12,000 mile service.

The oil filters under the black shield at the front on the 1.3 Multijet.
The filters sealed by an O ring which fits into a groove *partway down* the plastic filter holder/cap.

you will need a 27mm socket.
The O ring relies on its own side pressure between the groove in the plastic filter housing/holder and the metal of the lower filter housing. Its not sealed by pressure of tightening the plastic housing down.

Oil on my *05* Multijet is 5w40 semi synthetic to ACEA B4.

But I use fully synthetic Mobil 1 from the hypermarket.
