Need advice on a complaint letter going to Wanadoo...

I called them up to get a refund for time I've been offline after all the problems I've been having after moving house (this was all promised on the phone in previous conversations...) and got told they don't do refunds like that so I have to write to head office :bang: :bang: :bang:

So how's best to go about complaining and getting some money back???

Your letter mase would get a few laughs and maybe a refund to be honest!

I would just do a letter, stating:

Who you are and how long you have been a customer
What time(s) you missed out on
Why you expect compensation for that time
Your general opinion of their customer services
General distaste of how you have been treated
State you have set a time limit on reply before you go to trading standards for their many failures of 21 days.

Send it recorded delivery so you have a date of which they have 21 days to reply from.

*wait*

Any help?

You could ask Steve, he could modify his NTL letter ;)

Cool, thanks for the advice - recorded delivery is a good idea too... No chance for the 'it must've been lost in the post' excuse!

Cheers,

Don't let them fob you off either.
