Today, I went to view the Panda Sisley parts that a bloke down in Somerset had. It wasn't too bad a trek down in the car, as we arrived we saw this little blue Sisley in the guy's yard...

Unfortunately, this was where the parts were going to be taken from. This Sisley had been a farmer's car, was used and abused, stuck in a barn for years and was then passed to a scrapyard and then to this bloke that buys and sells cars and scrap metals as far as I know. The bloke who owns it was going to make this Panda into a cube to make some money from the metal at some point so he advertised the parts of the Sisley around so people could take bits first. Someone else already had a good strip off the front.

While I was initially only looking for a few bits, things turned into a lot of things very quickly. We got straight to work and probably spent almost 2 hours taking pieces from all over the car!

Both outside and inside as well...

After paying for the parts, the bloke had a couple of things to show me. First up was this interesting pickup converted Panda Sisley, which was a car he was keeping as parts for another Sisley you'll see in the next photo after this one!

This particular Sisley he had looked in really good shape compared to the other two I had seen. As far as the bloke is concerned, this one is a keeper for him for a few more years to come.

So, the bits I took! Once we got on our way and back home, I laid everything out and took some pictures. It would take a little while to list out everything so here's a picture of everything together.

Dash and clock! 137k is what the blue Panda did. If I use this dash in the Fizz I have, I may want to swap the clocks, so that it still reads 26,800 now...

One really interesting thing the bloke let me have was this little instruction piece that was riveted into the carpet next to the gear stick.

I'm happy with my purchases, and also glad I saved these parts from being crushed with the Panda when it goes. But the bloke isn't crushing it yet, there's still more parts to go - so, if anyone wants anything, then let me know via PM and I'll send over some details! I'm pretty sure he has it listed on eBay if any of you want to just view that though
The only thing I was not happy about was the fact the Sisley roof rack got put in the skip... we spent a while taking it off but it fell into several pieces. The thing was rusted all the way through and it wouldn't fit in our car anyway, so the owner put it in the skip. Sorry roof rack
If anyone has any questions about any of it then let me know... I plan to keep most of what I've taken off and may put some of it on my Fizz, we'll see what happens in the coming weeks!
