Refilling / Topping up the gearbox



According to the Mk2 Haynes Manual i have at the side of me
The punto uses
Synthetic based hear oil - Viscosity SAE 75W-80 EP to API GL5 or better
Holding 1.65 Litres

or as the mk2b manual states
1.65 L of Tutela car ZC 75 Synth

Anyway - Top top up / refilling
remove the beloved bung - and using a funnel and hose pipe
OR if the bottle has a pull out nozzle
place the nozzle inside the gearbox and fill till it starts to dribble out the fill hole
and quickly put the bung in

I will warn you - i think this stuff stinks rotten, like cat pee
