I needed to replace the coolant reservoir as it was starting to leak at the seam and every few months I would need to add more coolant.

Was concerned it would just blow up one day.

This worked for me, may not work for you. Take care.

6. Installation is the reverse

7. Use a new clip for the return nozzle. I wasn't able to reuse the original as I couldn't squeeze it back over the lip.

8. Pour the coolant from the old reservoir into the new one. Glad you put the duct tape on, hey!

9. Turn on the engine. Wait till coolant is at operating temperature to test the connections.

Remember, when hot the level will be above MAX. Obviously don’t undo the cap when hot.
