Not sure if this comment helps anybody out in the future regarding wheel, tyre size Im using for this.
Fiat Brava 1.9 TD 100 wheels (14s x 6 inch wide) bolts straight onto my panda 1.2 169, no spacers needed for this. Plus have bought and fitted 185 60 14s with no clearance issue.
