It's undergone a name change and moved a month backwards this year (to hopefully avoid the awful weather) - but it's still going to be the Stanford Hall event we all know and love, so set a date for Sunday July 7th to join us for our years biggest event. There are plans for some additional attractions at this centrally located stately home including amusements for the younger visitor and the opportunity to enjoy a weekend break in the Hall’s newly available accommodation.

A bit of a change this year - all marques and nationalities are invited, so this could turn out to be something very special

Centrally located and with easy motorway access, Stanford Hall provides a lovely backdrop flanked by acres of well trimmed grass.

As usual the special lawned area in front of the Hall has been set aside for the concours display that will once again feature the National Fiat and Abarth Concours, Lancias and other selected special cars.


Want to be on the stand?

We welcome ALL members and cars on our stand - doesn't matter if your car is standard or modded, old or new. If you want to be with us, all you need to do is:

1. Click the "Add Me" button in the attendees section at the top.
2. Fill in your details in the "Event Registration" section of the User CP
3. Meet us at Tesco on the day and we'll convoy in

Once we arrive on site, a member of our team will help you park up, so then head over to the marquee where we'll give you a nice name badge before pointing you over to the *free* refreshments!

PLEASE REMEMBER TO DO THIS - we need this for 2 reasons - 1) So we know who turned up and 2) So we can contact you throughout the day for whatever reason.

Refreshments?

Yes! From 8:30 until 10:00, we'll have the BBQ fired up making sausage baps - with free tea, coffee, soda and biscuits available in the marquee all morning. We welcome you all to come in and have a cuppa and a good old chin wag with our friendly members

Then at around 13:00 - the BBQ will be re-started, where again, free food will be on offer (along with a load more tea and soda if you need it!)


So what about timings and our placement?

08:00 - Meet at Tesco in Rugby (see below)
08:20 - Set off for Stanford Hall

Getting On Site

We will be doing the usual convoy in to the event, just so it's easier and people don't get lost. Of course, if you turn up later, you can make your way onto the stand - but it's preferred to get everyone in at once.

Therefore, please be at the Rugby Tesco at around 08:00am - so we can all gather together, then leave around 08:20am.

Hands down i shall be at this event again this year. Really glad we got this back on the calendar too!

For anyone 'on the fence', come to this event. Last year was wet, windy and miserable....and it was an amazing event still. This year promises to be even better, and is well worth the trip. The estately grounds are rather beautiful too!

i think i may attened this year so long as i can get the time off work as it looks like a good day out.

I'm there last year was brilliant despite the weather.

If theres snow , it will kill all the classics turning up , + make some people think there rally drivers

tbf i think snow would have been better than the persistent rain last year, it was soooooooo wet. But yes there will be no classic at all turn up if its snowing - but i doubt that is likely to happen lol.
