We thought it was time for another New Forest 500 meet. It is on Sunday 11th April. Starting point will be the Green Dragon in Brook again and the starting time is 10.30am. (Just off the M27 at Junction 1, towards Fordingbridge, see map)

We will all meet up for a quick chat and then go for a drive in the New Forest, stopping for photo's. Finishing up at the Alice Lisle (due to popular demand!) for lunch and good company.

If you are interested please add your name to the list and if you know any good places to start or finish, let us know. :)

Tracy, better late than never, lol. Shame that the interest level is so low this time round though as it appears that some more owners from the general area have joined the forum in the last few months. :confused:

I have consulted Tiz and it looks good for our attending but I cant confirm 'til Sunday.

I will call my mate Andy who I used to work with he bought a 500 same time as me and see if he wants to come too.

It will be nice to do a final run before I sell Gino :cry:(cant justify keeping him as I now have a 10 plate SEAT Ibiza company car & Gino is not getting used and I'm paying tax on the co car)

You're welcome mate, maybe we can make it a three car convoy to wherever we are meeting. Hope it is not so wet this time but I guess that was the best bit for you at the last meet, lol.

I'll be coming if there is no emergency with the kids. Hubby said he might come (along with the afore mentioned kids) if he can be bothered and the weather is nice. I promise, he exists! :D It would be great if we could go to the Alice Lisle pub as the food was fabulous. Looking forward to it!
 
Hi everybody, we have now updated the event information at the top of the thread. You will see that we have decided to start at The Green Dragon in Brook again, as it is so easy to find. Also, to finish at the Alice Lisle due to popular demand! We look forward to seeing you all again next week. We will confirm with both venues.

I'm really disappointed, I won't be able to come (n) I'm away for the weekend. Have been looking forward to making it to my first 500 meet as I wasn't able to make the last one. Hope you all have a great time and hope to make the next one!

Carl, I would imagine that we will eat at 1.00pm, if you think that you can make it let me know and I will PM YellowLuigi and confirm the exact time he has booked. Let's hope that you can make it as it would be great to have someone "new" pop in. (y)

Hi,
Just to up date everyone -
Mark spoke to the Green Dragon and the Alice Lisle today.

The Green Dragon can do coffee in the morning and the Alice Lisle would only let us book tables at 12pm but by the time we sit down and have a drink Carl and partner should be with us for the meal.

If you can think of anything else, let us know.

Glad you guys don't mind waiting. If there's a menu, perhaps you can PM me and we can order in advance. :eek:

PS: It could be a dirty Abarth, lets hope the weathers kind! :eek:
