Technical Rust by bulkhead

Just for info, for people who like to keep an eye on known areas prone to rusting.

Keep an eye on the bulkhead near the brake master cylinder or distribution block.
Looks like there was an spillage / overflow there some time in the past.
Not too bad. but worthing cleaning off surface rust and coating in a suitable preventative oil coating

I seem to think this was a well known problem on the grande. The Evos and later Puntos are probably now getting to the same state.

Yes indeed, I recall DomBooth looking at my 2 day old TA in March 2013 and commenting how FIAT hadn't addressed that 2 x models later

Dear EVO/2012 owners, you DON'T own "different model" than Grande. It's the same car.
If you have a problem, you search solutions (Google, forum Search) using magic key-word "Grande" in the search query first (then maybe specify EVO or 2012).
