Technical Fiat Doblo 1.9 jtd Loss Power in Hi rev

Hello

I have a fiat doblo 1.9 jtd 2006 120 hp and it has gradually lost power only at high revs

Its top speed has dropped to 155 km/h from 180Km/h

We have replaced and checked the following

MAf

Injectors

Turbo

Wastegate

EGR (disabled by ecu and closing the pipes )

Turbo piping

Exhaust (catalyst front, middle end)

Timing

Program

Valve clearances

The car has no damage to the ecu at low revs it works perfectly

Does anyone have a similar problem? Or something else to check?

Does that JTD have a Diesel pump in the tank,

Maybe the pump cannot supply fuel at the fuel demand?

No it's a jtd and in the ecu (software) my mechanic sees the correct pressure

At 5,000 rpm for 5 minutes?

Yes is new both
